Mastercard Prepaid: Users of CashComPay's Mastercard prepaid services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined by Mastercard.

Mobile Top-Up and Bill Pay: Users utilizing CashComPay for mobile top-up and bill payment services must adhere to the terms established by respective service providers.

Money Transfer Between Wallets: Transfers between CashComPay wallets are final upon confirmation, and users accept responsibility for the accuracy of transactions.

QR Code Payment: CashComPay facilitates secure transactions via QR codes. Users are expected to ensure the correct utilization of QR codes to prevent transactional errors.

Payment Link: Generation of payment links is offered to users for secure transactions. However, CashComPay disclaims liability for any misuse or misappropriation of generated links.

Agent Account: Agents representing CashComPay are obligated to adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines. Any instance of misuse or malpractice will result in immediate termination of the agent's account.

Merchant Account: Merchants partnering with CashComPay are required to comply fully with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of the partnership.

General Terms: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their CashComPay accounts and associated credentials. CashComPay shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of user accounts.

Liability: CashComPay bears no responsibility for losses incurred due to user negligence, technical glitches, or issues related to third-party services.

Changes to Terms: CashComPay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Users will be duly informed of any such changes via email or through the platform.

By availing themselves of CashComPay's services, users unequivocally agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any failure to comply may lead to appropriate actions being taken by CashComPay, including account suspension or termination.
